Minimum norms for Business Partners

to open Future Valley Computer Education (SECTION-1 ) franchisee Centre

v  Required Minimum space 500 sqft centre area.

v  Required minimum 5 Desktop or Laptop sets (Configuration:  Pentium Dual Core 2.0 GHz,  250 GB HDD, 2GB RAM, 15.4” LED Display with LAN connectivity )

v  Required 1 no. additional desktop/ laptop for maintain MIS portal.

v  Required 1 no. MFP (Multi-Function Printer).

v  Required Good quality Internet connection.

v  Required Power backup for minimum 2 hour.

v  Required Separate Reception Counter for counseling.

v   Required Centers Branding (as per prescribed format  of Future Valley)

v  Required 1 no. water dispenser for drinking water.

v  Required minimum 1 no. common Washroom/ Toilet (separate Washroom is preferred).

v  Required 01 no. Centre In-charge cum MIS officer having fine knowledge of computer.

v  Required Quality Trainer for Classes having sound knowledge of Computer in prescribed courses & communication skill.

v  Adequate lights, fans and furniture should be provided in the classrooms.

Terms  & Conditions:

v  The Business Partner will made Franchisee agreement with Future Valley concern authority before starting any works in the name of Future Valley.

v  The Business partners will follow the Future Valley prescribed courses only.

v  The Business Partner will run only that course which is mentioned and permitted to run his centre in agreement (Section wise).

v  If any Business Partner willing to add / start new Section courses than prior permission should be obtained from the concern authority.

v  Admission of students will be done through online or Offline procedure.

v  The Business Partner should be responsible to enroll the students data online within 48 hours.

v  Classes will typically held 1 hour & 30 Minutes a day/ 3 days a week.

v  The Business Partner should be monetarily & physically cooperative with Future Valley for ad campaigns, brochures, Internet marketing, toll-free number, local promotion, placement services etc.

v   Future Valley Technologies and Services LLP has rights to immediate termination of the agreement for directly or indirectly involvement to any illegal activities of the centre, & Future Valley Technologies and Services LLP should not be responsible for the same.

v  The Business Partner can run all sectioned courses on discount prices in their locality without modifying the actual fee (only after approval of concerned authority of Future Valley).

v  During business hours, the business partner will not run any other activity in the Centre.

v    The Business Partner may close his centre as per Holidays list of Govt. of Assam or Govt. of India.

v  The Business Partner will send his centres faculty / Trainers to Registered office / Head office as per notifications by Future Valley for their up-skilling and upgradation training.

v  The business partner will not use the name of Future Valley for any financial loans from any Govt. or non-Govt. financial institutions or individual.

v  Future Valley is not liable for any kind of loans and liability of centers.

v  Future Valley has rights to alteration in non-cooperative business partners.

v  Business partners need to send minimum three months prior notice for any closure of business.

v   Business partners will bear all types expenses in the  centre as, Electric bill, House rent, All types of Govt. Taxes or Local Taxes, Salary, Water bill, etc & Future Valley will not liable pay the same under any circumstances.

v  The business partner will pay Franchisee fee, MIS fee, Students Certification fee, Books & materials fee, staff training fee etc. as per guidelines of Future Valley.

v  This agreement should be valid for 36 months only, and it may extend further with new agreement.

v   This agreement is made for Computer Education centre franchisee only.
